What this site is
Hyros is a free, anonymous explainer and demo site about ad tracking and attribution. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no dashboard to log into. Everything published here is available without identifying yourself in any way.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details, and there is no field anywhere on this site in which to provide them. We do not create user accounts, we do not build advertising profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Anonymous analytics
We use a self-hosted analytics service to count page views and aggregate events such as which sections are read and which buttons are pressed. It records coarse, non-identifying signals — page path, referrer, approximate country, device category — and it does not use cookies to follow you across other websites.
The analyzer and Cloudflare Turnstile
The attribution analyzer is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-abuse challenge that distinguishes people from bots without asking you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser in order to make that decision. The text you type into the analyzer is sent to a third-party language-model provider to generate the read-out; it is not linked to an identity and it is not retained by us to build a profile of you.
Links to other sites
Some buttons hand off to a partner platform operated by a different company. Once you follow one of those links you are on that company's site, under its own privacy policy and terms, and this policy no longer applies. We would encourage you to read theirs before providing any personal information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Because we hold no account and no contact details for you, there is no stored record for us to amend or delete on request — the simplest way to remove any trace of a visit is to clear your browser storage for this site.
