Ad attribution for call-based and high-ticket funnels
When the sale happens on a call, the conversion your ad platform sees is a form fill. Everything that decides profitability happens after the pixel stops watching.
Overview
The form fill is not the sale
A booked call is a promise, not revenue. Two campaigns can produce an identical cost per booking and be worth completely different amounts: one fills the calendar with people who show up and buy, the other fills it with no-shows. Optimise on bookings and you scale the wrong one.
Hyros carries the ad, keyword and creative into your CRM alongside the lead, then brings the outcome back: showed, no-showed, closed, deal size. Campaigns end up scored on closed revenue per booking rather than on the booking itself.
Live analyzer
Describe your call funnel and see where it leaks
The analyzer reads your funnel in plain language and writes back where the source falls off the lead, which outcomes are missing, and what to instrument first. Free and anonymous, no account.
What we track
What we track for a call funnel
From the ad click to the signed contract, held on one lead record instead of three disconnected systems.
Ad click through to booking
Campaign, ad set, creative and keyword ride along with the lead into the scheduler, so no booking lands in your calendar without a source.
Show rate and call outcome
Showed, no-showed and rescheduled are written back onto the lead, which is usually where two campaigns with identical cost per booking start to separate.
Pipeline stage and close
Every CRM stage change flows back to the original touch, so you can see which campaigns produce pipeline that actually moves.
Closed revenue and deal size
Contract value is attributed to the click, so a campaign booking fewer but larger deals outranks one that simply fills the calendar.
How it works
Three steps to attribute a closed deal
Capture the source at the opt-in
The universal script attaches the full click context to the lead the moment they submit — no manual UTM discipline required from your media buyer.
Carry it into the CRM
The identifier travels with the lead record, so your closers change nothing about how they work and the join survives every stage change.
Send outcomes back
Show, close and contract value are posted back and pushed to the ad platforms, which start optimising for the leads that buy rather than the leads that book.

FAQ
Call funnel attribution questions
Not for digital funnels where the booking happens on a form or a scheduler — the identifier captured at opt-in is enough to join click to deal. Dedicated tracking numbers only matter when a prospect calls you directly and there is no web step to attach the source to.
It is more useful, not less. Long cycles are precisely where platform windows expire and the credit disappears. As long as the identifier is stored on the lead record, the close can be attributed whenever it lands — months after the click if necessary.
Attribution inherits whatever discipline your pipeline already has. If stage changes are unreliable, start with the two fields that are hardest to fudge — did they show, and did money arrive — and attribute on those first. Adding stages later is easy; retrofitting the identifier is not.

Ad attribution for e-commerce stores
Blended ROAS hides the truth: some campaigns are credited twice while others are never credited at all. Store-level attribution puts one order behind one click.

Attribution is the practice of deciding which marketing touch gets credit for a conversion. Everything difficult about it follows from the fact that there is usually more than one honest answer.

There are four broad ways to answer “which ad produced that sale”. Each is genuinely good at something, and each fails in a way the others do not.
